Credentialing Specialist / Project Support – Abortion Care
The Women’s Centers have delivered excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare for over 45 years. Our team is dedicated to advocating for patients seeking legal, safe, compassionate abortion and other reproductive health care.
We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our Management Office team located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Our organization is growing quickly to support the needs of patients negatively affected by recent legal changes nationwide. We are creating a position to assume insurance credentialing related work as well as Medical Staff privileging support, Billing Department fill-in and additional office organizational support as we complete projects for our locations.
Responsibilities include (Experience in one or more preferred):
- Correspondence with incoming practitioners, assembling all information for Medical Staff Privileging
- Credentialing new clinicians with all applicable insurance payers
- Assistance with professional liability policy upkeep
- Maintain database of clinician information
- Monitor credentialing files for renewal items
- Assist Centers in upkeep of clinician files on site for inspection purposes
- Assist COO in Management Office projects, coordinate office needs as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess:
- Two years’ experience Credentialing
- Strong communication skills
- Competent computer skills (EHR Billing experience a plus!)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
- Proficiency in Microsoft such as Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
The Women’s Centers are active members of the Abortion Care Network and the National Abortion Federation. Our two largest locations are accredited by QUAD A for ambulatory surgical centers. Full-Time hours Monday through Friday

Hourly $22-$25 based on experience
