INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Project Manager will act on behalf of ownership to successfully complete development and construction projects, including ground-up and complex capital improvement projects. Our business focuses on developing destination-market hotels and outdoor hospitality projects such as campgrounds, RV resorts, marinas, attractions, etc. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the building process (tracking deliverables, project schedule tracking, and contract management) from start to finish- with a heavy emphasis on civil projects and land development.

The Project Manager Owners Rep has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You can develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Has a thorough understanding of or the ability to learn about the project or product being developed quickly. You are a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Officed at the Company headquarters, the Project Manager Owners Rep works closely with ownership to identify and understand project requirements and components to ensure appropriate expectations are communicated and produced throughout the project life cycle.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Project Manager Owners Rep reports to the Chief Construction Officer. This role is the liaison between the field teams (BWDC Field/Ops and GC) and BWDC internal teams bringing a project to closure- on time and under budget.
