Chesapeake Medical Transport Services is looking for motivated personnel to fill daytime and evening shifts to keep up with expanding call volume.
We currently have full time openings for EMT-B's & Paramedics.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- EMT-B or EMT-P (Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Summary: Provides basic life support or Advanced life support, including patient assessment, care & transport services. Driver: Operates an ambulance safely while following the laws of the road.

Responsibilities:
- Complete vehicle inspection at the start of each shift.
- EMT-B: Provide Basic Life Support to patients within EMT-B scope of practice.
- EMT-P: Provide Advanced Life Support to patients within the EMT-P scope of practice.
- Complete patient care reports & any additional required documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Maintain clean vehicles and ensure they are fueled at the end of your shift.
- Conduct regular inventory of assigned vehicle. with particular attention to medications, fluids, and other items subject to expiration.
- Operate assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable traffic laws (if assigned as a driver)
Schedule:
- 16 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 10 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Weekend availability
Work Location: Multiple Locations- main offices in Parkville MD & Waldorf MD
Qualified applicants must-
