Phone Triage Registered Nurse

We are searching for a Triage Registered Nurse for our Family Medicine practice. From sore throats and scuffed knees to high blood pressure and memory loss, the health needs of a family are as unique as the people in it.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and triage patients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Providing home care referrals based on needs.
• Reviewing lab results with patients.
• Coordinating with Doctors, healthcare staff, and 3rd parties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.

Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• 36 hours/week, 4x9, days.
• NO WEEKENDS!
• 100% onsite.
