Wait Staff/Server
Assisting cook/chef in preparation of daily meals, prepping for salads, snacks. Cleaning, dishwashing. Serving in Main Dining Room for Lunch only. Setting up buffets for special events. Transporting hot box to AL for Lunch and Dinner. Collecting dishes and Hot Box from AL after Breakfast and Lunch.

Duties:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders
- Delivering food
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Prep or side work
- Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
