To achieve these goals, we’ll build on the assets, experience, capabilities, and relationships we’ve developed over 140 years to incubate and grow new business.  As Corporate Affairs Representative at Chevron Salt Lake Refinery, you will be: Providing coordination expertise for Corporate Affairs strategies generalist support to deliver a wide range of products and services across multiple areas within the Corporate Affairs function. Leading development and implementation of internal communications strategies, including Refinery Manager written communications and employee engagement initiatives. Identifying and implementing development of social investment strategies, partnerships, and communications plans. Point of contact for Social Investment stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams within Chevron to support business priorities. Providing emergency response support to the Refinery and regionally. Required Qualifications: Communication Skills: outstanding written communication skills. Project and events management: can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and nimbly change course as plans and business needs change. Collaboration and relationship building: demonstrates strong relationship building skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to work independently to define opportunities and develop solutions through self-directed work. Developing and implementing communications strategies, including written communications and events. Coordinating community activities in partnership with non-profit organizations. Knowledge of brand standards and protocol. Experience in the manufacturing or energy sectors. Relocation Options: Relocation may be considered. International Considerations: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
