Our Opportunity :
Chewy is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Sr Customer Relationship Marketing Manager who will oversee the customer lifecycle marketing program for Chewys pet-obsessed customers to join our team based in Plantation, FL, or Boston, MA.
This role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement.
They will also play a central role in facilitating the optimization and launch of automated email programs, segmentation and personalization strategies.
What You'll Do :
- Implement an email strategy to keep customers engaged and drive retention, and revenue per member for a group of chewy customers.
- Maintain and optimize a testing agenda for A / B and multivariate testing frameworks
- Work with resources to ensure essential technical steps are taken for list selection, segmentation, and tracking
- Leverage CRM data to drive a personalized and contextual experiences to increase customer retention
- Drive continuous improvement across KPIs including engagement rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and LTV
- Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
- Effectively partner across the organization : integrated marketing, engineering, product management, merchandising and supply chain
- Work with data science and experimentation team to create and implement advanced customer segmentation models to improve audience targeting across all emails.
- Identify target audiences and align them to business objectives
- Leverage lifecycle marketing channels to engage customers in different parts of the customer journey to drive repeat rates, and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and personalization
What You'll Need :
- A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing
- 7 years of email and / or direct marketing experience
- Bachelors degree, Masters a plus
- Data-driven and analytical with strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data
- Working knowledge of print media a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML for email
- Deep understanding on how to enable behavioral, demographic and transactional to drive personalization
- Project management tools (JIRA) required
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools
- Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Understanding of incrementality testing, statistical significance, and lifetime value
