CompHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced Process Sustainment leader who wants to make a difference working for one of “Utah’s Most Admired Companies.” The process sustainment leader is responsible for ensuring successful execution after the implementation of prioritized continuous improvement projects improving business processes. This person will deploy a variety of tools including concepts from lean six sigma; they will work with all business units, leadership, and technical teams to ensure standard operating procedures are not only created but sustained long term. This person will prioritize and recommend implementation pathways while working work alongside various operations teams and project management. This person must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and will require excellence in follow through, accountability, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Assist in developing key success factors for solution delivery and sustainability for applicable projects Participate in observing processes, identifying waste, and Value Stream Map when necessary Become proficient in system functionality and business processes to identify process gaps Document business requirements and functional specifications from business users and subject matter experts where applicable Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure the success after implementation of the project Set and continually manage expectations with stakeholders. Track, measure, and hold applicable stakeholders accountable for results following projects Be able to create, analyze, and interpret findings based on different reporting platforms (ex: Tableau, Salesforce, Excel) Use data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations Report project progress and status using a variety of methods Use diplomacy and negotiation skills to gain consensus and approval on execution on requirements Ability to conduct voice of the customer Participate in presenting results to executives and leaders when applicable Assist in the development of division’s process sustainment strategy Qualifications Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment Organized and detail oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill Skilled “change agent” capable of convincing skeptics through collaboration and professional diligence Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner Ability to track, measure, and hold team leaders accountable for agreed upon results following projects Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills through delivering and managing continuous improvement efforts Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Embracing active learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning Independent contributor who can apply knowledge of internal structures, processes and culture to resourcing efforts Flexibility in the face of new or changing information Takes on and enjoys challenges with unfamiliar tasks Education & Experience Lean experience / experience with data analysis and research Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements Experience in operational support Experience collaborating with business stakeholders 5 years’ experience in managing and implementing process improvement efforts Experience using Smartsheet, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project Management / experience using Microsoft Project In return we offer: • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Traditional healthcare benefits such as medical and dental coverage, and some unique benefits like onsite health centers, corporate wellness programs, and free behavioral health appointments. • Flexible work schedules - including work-from-home options available • Recognition programs with rewards including trips, cash, and paid time off • Family-friendly benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption assistance, and marriage counseling • Tailored training resources including free LinkedIn learning courses • Volunteer time off and employee-driven matching grants • Tuition reimbursement programs Click here to learn more about our company and culture.
