The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the safety, maintenance, reporting of repair needs, adjustments and general condition of offices (furniture, cubicles, walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.). Provides outstanding customer service, communication and problem solving to all situations. Responsibilities Present a positive first impression of the company when greeting individuals contacting the company, whether in person or by phone Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls accurately and promptly to facilitate office productivity and caller satisfaction This is an in-office position with the possibility of a hybrid schedule Ensure facility is in good repair, safe, free of clutter, and always has a professional appearance Acquires first-hand customer information and uses it to improve customer service Maintain or coordinate maintenance and/or cleaning of facility and property Report building and grounds issues to property management using software Follow-up on solution of reported building issues Move furniture, filing cabinets, and other office fixtures as needed Make adjustments to cubicles as needed Coordinate paper recycling and document shredding Set up tables and chairs as needed to accommodate company meetings Participate in performing team tasks as needed Process payment requests for vendors in a timely fashion Maintain proper inventory of supplies in all kitchens Assist with training of other team members Additional projects as assigned by management Qualifications High mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, MUST comply with all driving laws Ability to interact with vendor, visitors, team members, and other CHG Healthcare employees in a courteous, respectful, and business-like manner Respond quickly, calmly and efficiently to emergency and problem situations Report daily activities to his/her immediate supervisor either verbally or written as requested Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers Comfortable and confident using multiple systems (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite and other internal systems) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize own daily tasks Strong engagement and participation in CHG’s culture Strong team player when needed and capable of cross-training to back-up team members Attend to detail and work effectively with both knowledge and skill Ability to perform according to established office practices and procedures Set own direction as well as accept and follow directions of others Self-motivated and able to work with others in a team setting We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $36,085 -- $87,480 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
