Responsibilities
The receptionist is responsible for the prompt and professional greeting of external and internal customers to the office, fielding all calls, on site deliveries and providing other office support.
- Supports CommonSpirit Health at Home’s mission to make the healing presence of God known in our world by improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all.
- Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee information.
- Welcomes external and internal customers to the office in a prompt, professional manner both in person and by telephone.
- Provides clerical support to the office, such as typing, copying and faxing.
- Copies and appropriately distributes written communications as directed by branch leadership.
- Places calls for equipment service and other activities which support office functions : postage, Fax, voice mail system, copier, .
- Promptly separates mail and distributes properly.
- Coordinates and tracks clinical equipment and laboratory pickup.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent. (Required)
- Two years customer service experience. (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills. Good computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs including Windows based programs.
