As a LPN at CHI St. Francis Health, you will help our patients by providing nursing care to our skilled nursing residents under the direction of the physician or registered nurse.
Every day you will work with our patients to evaluate their needs and provide physical or psychosocial care. You also have the patience to explain the process, answer questions and update documentation.

Responsibilities
You will provide treatment and personal care services to our residents by performing the following duties:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Administers, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse degree
- Active Minnesota license in good standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome
