Responsibilities
To promote optimal trauma care in the context of a regionalized trauma care system through clinical activities; professional and public education; research activities; quality improvement activities; maintaining the trauma registry; and administrative functions. Acts as a resource accountable for care management person to all patient care areas in the hospital regarding nursing care as related to the trauma patient. Supervise Trauma Services across all CHI St. Vincent Morrilton facility and maintains effective lines of communication with all concerned parties. Develop a consistent approach to care and management of Trauma patients.
Qualifications
Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN, or pursuit of BSN or higher degree required. Current employees in this role may be grandfathered in per approval of VP, PCS for the facility.
