Little Falls Orthopedics provides patients throughout central Minnesota with skilled orthopedic and podiatric care. We offer friendly, comprehensive services for all of your musculoskeletal needs. Conveniently located in Little Falls, we also have five outreach sites to bring our services closer to you.
Our skilled orthopedic surgeons have performed over 9,000 joint replacement procedures since the program began in the early 1980s. Our total joint program is designated as a Blue Distinction Center for knee and hip replacement, attesting to the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of our program.
Responsibilities
Assists in the delivery of patient care and performance of established tasks and procedures under the supervision of a present and available Clinic Provider or Registered Nurse. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. This position supports the mission, vision, and Values of CommonSpirit Health.

Pay Range
$14.78 - $20.33 /hour

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to perform the following tasks efficiently: perform/record vital signs, CPR, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization
- Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs
- Assists with patient transports and transfers
- Assists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
- Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies
- Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines, policies, and procedures
