We are looking for a Corporate Controller to be a key team member with the CFO/Admin Team of a fast -growing manufacturing firm with headquarters in Fort Smith. The Controller will be responsible for the monthly financial package, maintaining accurate accounting records/systems, and promoting/executing process and internal controls. The Controller will work side by side with the CFO to provide timely and accurate analysis as well as keep our processes up to date and as efficient as possible.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of controller experience in a manufacturing environment, be comfortable with system implementations and change, be able to fit in with teams well, and be driven toward excellence and helping others reach their maximum potential. Data mining skills are a necessity and initiative and drive are key requirements.
