This is a hybrid position - combination of in office and remote work.
OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
This position involves providing top-notch computer software and application support to end-users, addressing both critical and non-critical issues. Responsibilities include contributing to project planning, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide information systems. Collaboration with analysts, developers, and end-users ensures technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power Platform systems, the role encompasses planning, developing, maintaining, and supporting in-house and commercial software across various platforms. The primary goal is to define, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements, including writing, coding, testing, and analyzing programs accessing relational databases. Adherence to Secure-SDLC practices, change control processes, policies, and service level agreements is essential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background
Requires an associate degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business management systems. An excellent understanding of, and experience with client-server computing environments. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be considered.
