Operational
- Familiarize yourself with Chick-fil-A Standards, then put them into action.
- Practice 2nd Mile Service Requirements and implement strategies for better serving guests.
- Learn where all cleaning supplies are kept in the Dining Room. Learn how they are each used. Recognize appropriate and inappropriate ways to use chemical cleaners.
- Grow familiar with the FIFO stocking method and apply it to all stocking in the Dining Room.
- Hold yourself accountable for the cleanliness of the Dining Room, including tables and chairs, restrooms, condiment counters, windows, and the play area.
- Adopt a mindset of success. Always keep a positive attitude.
