Job Duties:

Systems & Processes
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence and creating remarkable experiences
- Identify, solve, and implement lasting solutions to operational bottlenecks
- Follow opening & closing procedures using the correct back-office procedures and computer applications
- Ensure wise stewardship of the facilities, product, and equipment
- Uphold disciplinary system to ensure fairness across the entire organization
- Effectively manage labor
- Adhere to safety and security policies to protect team and store assets
- Manage schedule to optimize productivity & guest experience
- Consistently improving existing systems and training procedures
Reporting & Goal Setting
- Firm grasp of store goals and labor report
- Consistently push towards store targets for food safety, food cost, labor, guest experience scores, car count, hourly sales, check average, training and retention.
- Review P&L each month to look for errors and areas of opportunities
- Monthly inventory & EOM procedures
Experience/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or 5 years of management experience
- Experience training & developing leaders
- 30 Day training period if no prior CFA experience
