Position: Bi-Lingual Talent Coordinator


Basic Function:

A Talent Coordinator finds and recruits talent for Chick-fil-A Columbus National. As a talent coordinator, your job duties include booking talent, acting as a liaison between the leads and the employees, negotiating pay, helping to manage schedules, and organizing any care for specific employees. If desired, there is possibility for additional hours by working in operations in our restaurant.
