FACILITIES ROLE SUMMARY
- Maintain exterior and interior building brand guidelines.
- Maintain exterior lawn, landscaping, parking lot, storage shed, and garbage enclosure brand guidelines.
- Manage and steward the kitchen and chemical supply monthly expense budget.
- Implement and execute monthly equipment preventative maintenance calendar.
- Train and develop facility leads' that can assist with equipment preventative maintenance.
- Manage vendor relations and contracts while negotiating new and existing contracts regularly.
- Perform weekly interior and exterior building walks to identify and address repairs.
- Organize and maintain the onsite and offsite storage sheds.
- Organize and maintain key equipment parts drawer for the restaurant.
- Manage American Flag Federal and State mandates and replacing when torn.
- Support Operations on an as needed basis
- Perform scheduled cleaning of all Henny Penny fryers
- Oversee cleanliness of the restaurant managing a thorough checklist
- Manage temperatures of all refrigerators and freezers
