What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Hospitality Services position at Chick-fil-A, Inc.?

Overview:
The Coordinator is responsible for managing various Campus Hospitality programs and projects. This role also supports the Chick-fil-A Backstage and Operator Campus Experience Teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, plan and execute programs projects that include weekly Support Center Devotion, Nights of Lights (Christmas programming) and the WinShape Children’s Christmas Party
  • Collaborate with key program stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support projects
  • Document and distribute team meeting notes
  • Develop and measure client satisfaction and feedback for continued program improvements
  • Develop and monitor program schedules, program plans
  • Manage program budgets
  • Vendor management
  • Compile, vet, book and prepare weekly Devotion speaker/Worship Leader suggestions
  • Facilitate weekly Devotion
  • Manage and communicate Organizational prayer request
  • Manage Cathy Family meal and flower orders for loss of Staff’s immediate family member
  • Assist with Operator Campus Experience
  • Assist with Chick-fil-A Backstage Tours Team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing competing tasks
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to work well with others on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools and other project management tools.
  • Comfortability with public speaking

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship
  • Attention to detail
  • Good documentation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, works well under pressure and able to multi-task

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Travel Requirements: 5% Preferred Level of Education: Bachelors Degree
