The Team Member Role:
As a team member, your focus is to deliver great-tasting food, genuine hospitality, and fast & accurate service inside a clean & safe environment.
Front of House Responsibilities:
-Greet each guest with a warm welcome and fond farewell
-Follow written and verbal instructions
-Take orders inside and outside
-Serve orders
-Make drinks and desserts
-Handle cash
-Keep the front counter and dining room clean
-Provide second-mile service to our guests
Back of House Responsibilities:
-Follow OSHA and Chick-fil-A cleaning and food standards
-Cook and assemble food quickly and accurately
-Keep kitchen and machines clean
-Follow written and verbal instructions
-Manage inventory
-Assemble catering orders
-Monitor and prevent food waste
