Summary of Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage all supplier/vendor billing processes including month-end accounting.
  • Manage all aspects of employee benefit billing.
  • Manage phone calls, including but not limited to answering, retrieving, and responding to phone calls and messages.
  • Mange office supplies.
  • Manage filing systems.
  • Manage, respond to and direct restaurant emails for appropriate action.

Human Resources Support

  • Conduct monthly audits of Food Handler Cards, Team Member Anniversaries, Work Permits, Regulatory training, Delivery Driver DMV records as required by policy and any other required audits.
  • Manage Team Member Uniforms (including new hire, anniversary, Team Member requests)
  • Prepare new hire files, paperwork and uniforms for orientation.
  • Perform final audit of onboarding documents ensuring all documents, where necessary, are set to track as noted in Item 1, before filing.
  • Assist with paperwork completion as directed.

Operations Support

  • Manage vendor visits and the maintenance process from set up through completion.
  • Support Leadership team as requested.

Catering/Chick-fil-A Delivery Support

  • Manage Chick-fil-A Delivery Vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage Catering Orders, daily.

Restaurant Support

  • Manage CARES submissions, including reporting on trends and CEM scores during Leadership meetings.
  • Provide Dining Room and Front of House support daily.
  • Support Restaurant events
  • Maintain MSDS Sheets
  • Maintain restaurant equipment stored and located in the office.

Other Responsibilities as Directed

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Available to work Friday and Saturday
  • Available to work some evenings until 10 pm Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
