Role:
Lead food safety, food quality, and food cost in our organization. Lead a culinary team of 30 team members.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Lead a team of 30
⁃ Serve and lead in restaurant operations 40 hours/week
⁃ Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
⁃ Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
⁃ Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
⁃ Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
⁃ Develop future leaders
Qualifications:
⁃ Experience in team leadership
⁃ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⁃ Humble servant-leader
⁃ Outstanding interpersonal skills
⁃ Strong project/time management skills
⁃ Self-starter with strong follow through
⁃ Ability to work independently on complex projects
⁃ Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
⁃ Wage: $18/hr at 45 hrs/wk
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
