RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the kitchen day shift is executed with excellence.
• Assists other team leaders with running breaks, speed and accuracy of service, preparing food in a safe and clean environment, and serving high-quality food.
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Operations Director.
• Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the BOH.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Assists in other additional areas such as food safety, trucking, scheduling, and more!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available for a 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. shift schedule.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
