We are looking for a highly organized Talent Director and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having an administrative professional is an integral part to our restaurant success. Your support to team members will be essential to having a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.
Your Impact
Working directly with the Owner/Operator, this position has high visibility throughout the organization
The Executive Assistant should exhibit professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality while interacting with all levels of team members and external contacts
Ensuring a well staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings as they arise
Overseeing onboarding & new-hire processes
Assisting in various administrative duties which may entail payroll, accountability reports, maintaining the restaurant email, creating and maintaining Jolt lists, team budgets, vendor contacts, etc.
Ensuring managers are maintaining a work environment that promotes food & team safety
Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals, and assisting in operations.
Background Profile
1 Year of HR-related experience (preferred)
PHR or SPHR Certification (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Passion for Chick-fil-A's Values
Friendly and assertive personality
HIGHLY Detailed, organized and process oriented (required)
