We are looking for a Marketing professional to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having a well-connected Digital Marketing Director is an integral part to our success. This opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation, while providing excellent work/life balance and a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.
A truly rewarding role, the successful candidate for the Digital Marketing Director position will create and manage quality content for Chick-fil-A Quakertown's social channels that aligns with the Chick-fil-A brand. This position will also be responsible for leading and executing on-site and off-site events, along with assisting in the strategic planning alongside the director team and Operator to maintain the overall business strategy of Chick-fil-A Quakertown.
This is a PART-TIME (20-25 hours per week), NON restaurant operations position. This is NOT a remote position.
Your Impact
Increasing community networking, working with the team to promote new products, strategic suggestive ordering and organize in-store and off site events
Growing the brand, introduce Chick-fil-A to surrounding businesses, community groups, schools and influencers
Creating connections with our guests, leveraging social media and Chick-fil-A App to reach people in unique ways
Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background Profile
2 years of experience in marketing/fundraising/promotions
Assertive and results driven
Creative and not afraid to implement strategies
People Person that’s able to create relationships quickly
Must be able to self-manage
College Degree in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Journalism or Public OR 2 years of equivalent experience in a digital marketing role
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
