Role Purpose
Chick-fil-A Raintree is seeking a Marketing Director who is responsible for several marketing aspects of the business as well as overseeing sales and catering of a community-oriented business. This person ensures that the brand is represented properly both inside and outside of the Restaurant through execution of Remarkable Service with local store marketing strategies and community relations.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain and build relationships with current partners (Local High Schools and businesses)
- Work in restaurant operations during the lunch or dinner hours (15-20 hours/week) to gain knowledge of the business and opportunities to interact with guests and the community
- Responsible for the success of outside sales - working all outside sales events, and other marketing events
- Communicate all marketing events and essential information to store leaders and making sure Calendar is up to date with any corporate or local campaigns & events
- Ensure the restaurant looks sharp (all restaurant signage is up-to-date, flowers, community boards
- Continually adapts and contributes to building the Chick-fil-A App Mobile Strategy in order to increase awareness, downloads, and sales in delivery and curbside pickup
- Assist/participate with catering order preparation in the kitchen and delivering catering orders to ensure they are delivered on time
- Oversees the organization and cleanliness of the catering equipment.
- Check emails and respond to guests to manage donations, catering orders, and community partnerships
- Meet with Business Director & Operator to formulate a yearly marketing plan and budget
- Responsible for all aspects of growth, including but not limited to check average, overall sales, growth in outside sales, mobile orders, catering and third-party delivery services, event attendance, and guest count
Qualifications
- Must have VERY HIGH level of multi-tasking skills and organizational skills (the ability to stay focused on different tasks, and use your time, energy, mental capacity, and physical space effectively and efficiently)
- Able to build relationships within the community (ie; distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events)
- Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished (will involve some Saturdays and holidays, must have open availability)
- Must have previous leadership experience in coaching others, holding others accountable, and setting expectations!
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Adaptable & flexible to change
- Must be able to stand on feet for long hours and lift 40 lbs.

Pay: $12.80 - $19.00 per hour
