Supervisors serve as the leaders of our Operational Leadership Team. They are forward thinking-partners who provide visionary leadership and ensure operational excellence. Supervisors are the front line leaders that are the driving force behind our Mission and our Vision. They serve as the guardians of our culture and are the banner bearers of the Chick-fil-A Spirit. They are directly responsible for achieving the operational business goals.
Responsibilities:
-Day to day operations leading a shifts of 10 to 20 team members and subordinate leaders with excellence
-Opening and/or Closing the restaurant, cash management responsibilities
-Work with the Owner/Operator and the Senior Leadership team to fulfill the restaurants vision and purpose
-Foster a productive, yet fun, environment for our team members to prosper and grow
-Develop and retain a team of high performing subordinate leaders and team members
-Remain proficient and up to date in all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
-Continue to grow as a leader and challenge subordinates to do the same
