Our Talent Director position has no set schedule, as this position is strategically focused on overseeing our employee’s training and growth with a holistic approach. Knowing and investing in our whole team-both morning and evening crew- are the main keys to success. The advertised salary is based on an hourly rate of $21-$25/hour and working approximately 45 hours/week.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Onboarding of new team members/leaders
• Track training completion of new and existing team members/leaders
• Employee skills evaluations
• Employee Performance Reviews schedule and completion
• Employee development and progression
• Employee culture immersion
• Schedule training for new and existing employees
• Designing and implementing training programs
• Revision and continuous improvement of training programs

Skills/Abilities:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Drive and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Superior organizational curriculum planning skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:

• 5 years of experience in talent management and performance management.
• Recent experience in recruiting
• Bachelor's degree
