Availability ( Full time only, 40 hours , including Fridays and Saturdays)
Pay : $18-19/Hr
The Assistant Director Front of the House is responsible for day-to-day operations in the restaurant. Individuals in this role are responsible for leading execution of operational strategies in alignment with the restaurant vision, People development, Monitoring the quality and customer experience and the positive representation of the brand. The leader must train and develop Team members, coaches, Shift leaders and Team Leader that uphold the values and culture of caring, operational excellence and Training

Role responsibilities:
- Communicates Operator vision and goals and ensures the team feels valuable in achieving our local purposes
- Cross trained & Certified in Both FOH/BOH Area
- Serves the team and guests in position during peak time; observes and assesses the entire operation to provide support and feedback toward sustained improvement.
