They develop and execute a strategic marketing vision that amplifies both sales and brand growth in the restaurant and community through events, catering and more.
Requirements :
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Communication skills
- Time management and project management skills
- Strong business acumen

Responsibilities :
- Leverage resources and tools provided by corporate to better understand current and potential guests
- Proactively manage and analyze sales forecasts and trends
- Track performance and compare benchmarks
- Create and execute a marketing plan for the organization
- Execute a system for evaluating our marketing activities and modify accordingly
- Have a community presence and spread brand awareness
- Act as an ambassador for the organization to the community
- Seek events in the community, plan and execute participation
- Build catering sales and provide assistance in-restaurant as needed in execution
The Sales & Brand Growth Director position is a full-time position that will require some flexibility in hours. This will include some early mornings, some evenings and some weekends.
