- Preferred bachelor's degree

- little to no oversight. Works independently and is self accountable.
- Open & flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with business
- needs.
- Hold all direct reports responsible for fulfilling the business
- Innovative and strategic thinking that ultimately leads to increased capacity
- Maintains a consistent, positive attitude - leads by example.
- Strategically create result oriented system that can be replicated and scaled with
- the growth of the business
- Coach supervisors to be goal oriented and create systems to
- achieve extraordinary results.
- This position will require you to work in the store at Stapley Drive
