The AM Trainer focuses on the Chick-Fil-A practices and branding to ensure Glenwood Place is up to par on all products, processes, and training procedures. This position is paid hourly, and requires full knowledge of the Pathway system and various learning styles to appease all new hires.
Trainer leads focus on four key areas to reach success in this role:
People
Administration
Training
Planning
People: The trainer should identify trainers, set expectations for Trainees, and collaborate with other Coordinators to ensure the team has the knowledge and is empowered to serve our guests with excellence.
Administration: Complete Pathway training courses for all areas of the restaurant, evaluate new hires at the 30 and 60 day marks, identify changes that need to be made to recalibrate retention, overview of policies (coupons, small wares responsibility)
Training: Share information with leaders and team on new company roll outs, retrain team members who have opportunities or poor performance, update the restaurant on any company changes in real time.
Planning: Create training plans for team members to train step by step for each area, create and evaluate new hires based on training plan, coordinate meetings and administer materials.
