Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven record of leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at having difficult accountability conversations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
