This specialized team member is responsible for creating emotional connections within the restaurant through practicing proper hospitality, by ensuring a pristine guest environment and intentional acts of service.
We view our restaurant as our home; therefore we wish to welcome guests in and treat them as such, going above and beyond to proactively take care of their every need so that they may be refreshed by their experience.
The Hospitality Team :
1. Greets guests with a pleasant smile!
2. Is knowledgeable of current promotions and marketing initiatives and is able to talk about them with guests!
4. Manages Surprise-and-Delights such dessert items, mini moo for special occasions, etc...
