As an Inventory Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and tracking inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of records, and improving efficiency through data analysis. Responsibilities:

• Accurately forecast inventory requirements.
• Update and maintain PAR levels.
• Rotate inventory according to FIFO.
• Receive incoming inventory.
• Reconcile and coordinate discrepancy reporting.
• Assure work-in-progress inventory is production ready.
• Evaluate and manage proper storage and handling practices.
• Regularly monitor and analyze inventory control procedures.
• Conduct spot, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and shrinkage discrepancies.
• Attend and present inventory analysis updates during leadership meetings.
• Manage and maintain loan/borrow store-to-store transfers.
• Identify areas of improvement in inventory management processes.
