The Maintenance Team Member assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
As a Maintenance Team Member, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. You will be required to demonstrate high professionalism, with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving. The role requires an individual to be efficient, possess high energy, and be very detail-oriented.
The Maintenance Team Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Put away truck delivery.
- Clean equipment, floors, and complete daily deep clean checklist.
- Change light bulbs, clean filters, and other small repairs to the building and equipment as necessary.
- Maintain outside grounds including snow removal, salting sidewalks, power washing, washing windows, etc.
- Responsible for all repair projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance on all areas of the building and equipment.
- Able to perform physically demanding jobs - stand for long periods of time, walk and move about facilities, lift 50 lbs.
- Any other kitchen duties as needed.
- Hours are 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday - Saturday, with your choice of one weekday off / week.
