In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.

Team Leader Responsibilities

As a Team Leader in a restaurant setting, your responsibilities will include :

• Cooperate in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance management.
• Play a role in providing guidance, instruction, and ongoing training to Team Members to ensure consistent quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Be deeply involved in monitoring food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards to maintain consistent quality and safety
• Play a role in supervising inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a culture of hospitality among Team Members, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
• Resolve operational issues, addressing conflicts among Team Members, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
