Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stations
- Ensure that products and guests' experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Stand for periods of up to 3.5 hours in length
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and leaders
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping restrooms clean
- Stock products and supplies
- Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
- Ensure restaurant complies with all portion sizes, quality standards,Steritech and Health Inspection Standards
- Assemble, clean, maintain and operate: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, and temperature gauges
- Obtain Food Handler Card in first 30 days
