As a Talent Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes at Chick-fil-A of Powdersville and Chick-fil-A of Easley. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Executive Director of Business Development to enhance the overall team member experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources-
- Communicate with appropriate staff about New Hires to ensure onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with executing orientation with all New Team Members prior to their start date as needed.
- Help maintain employee records to ensure completion of routine evaluations and maintain a record of evaluations. Ensure that all employee evaluations are consistently completed in a timely manner.
- Aide the Executive Director of Culture with the formation and distribution of new human resources policies and procedures by supporting the flow of communication from the Leadership Team to the Team Members.
- Maintain records of termination notices and staffing numbers.
Recruiting-
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and execute recruitment strategies.
- Ensure that all applicants are being contacted and interviews scheduled in a timely manner.
- Perform initial or follow up interviews as needed.
- Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure consistent communication.
- This position is expected to be aware of the growth of the business as it pertains to capacity of the team and the needs of additional roles.
Culture-
- Work alongside training leads to ensure consistent follow up with new hires at 30/90 days and evaluate feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Complete quarterly Team Member Surveys, Identify areas of opportunities, and Communicate findings with the Director team.
- Assist with the execution of team outings/celebrations as needed.

- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
