Located in vibrant, downtown Asheville, NC, Chick-fil-A Merrimon Avenue is uniquely positioned to make a tremendous impact on the community in which we serve. We are currently looking for positive, goal-oriented, servant-leaders to help grow our business and ensure our team and guests feel cared for each day.
Built around our four critical success factors - our people, the guest experience, sales growth, and financial stewardship - this position comprises of direct ownership of significant areas of the business. Top candidates will have proven leadership experience demonstrating the ability to effectively coach, develop and work through others. Previous restaurant experience is not required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an atmosphere of fun, care, and excellence that allows others to flourish

- Ensure Chick-fil-A procedures are being followed all day, every day
- Assess, develop & implement systems to regularly monitor guest experience
- Coach & develop team members to reach personal & professional goals
- Create & utilize systems to control costs

General Requirements:
- Flexible availability Monday - Saturday (6:00am - 11:00pm)
