Responsibilities:
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order totals
- Prepare food items according to recipes and guidelines
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
- Promote sales of menu items and upsell additional products or services
- Follow proper culinary techniques and food handling procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with bussing, basic math, food preparation, Aloha POS, customer service, retail math, sales, culinary, and food handling is a plus
