Responsibilities:
- Answer and triage incoming calls from customers
- Work with the customer to understand their needs
- Schedule follow up calls and services for customers
- Gather information from the customer to ensure accuracy
- Enter detailed information in the service ticket
- Maintain a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers regardless of the circumstances
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of customer service experience
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to re-prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
