The Full-Time Custodian at the Chief Seattle Council, Boy Scouts of America, plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for staff, volunteers, and visitors. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Custodian is responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks aimed at ensuring the organization's facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a full-time position with benefits, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Lawn and grounds Maintenance including mowing, weeding, and gardening.
2. General upkeep and housekeeping of Service Center and Urban Center.
3. Coordinating the janitorial/maintenance schedule with Office Manager.
4. Sets up and prepares meeting rooms for various events or meetings.
5. Maintains inventory and ordering of supplies.
6. Ability to lift to 50 pounds to move items.
7. Performs yard policing and disposes of yard trash properly.
8. Assists with repair of equipment as needed.
9. Other Duties Assigned.
