Who we are looking for
Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in a company’s success by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process and attracting and retaining the best talent, which is crucial for achieving long-term business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and candidate debrief sessions.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange candidate travel and process candidate expenses.
- Manage the posting process for all US positions.
- Ensure job descriptions are detailed and accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of the position.
- Offer Letter Preparation
- Draft and send out job offer letters to successful candidates, ensuring clarity in terms and conditions of employment.
- Database Maintenance
- Maintain an organized record of candidate information, including resumes, assignments, and contact details.
- Program Management
- Track the progress of referrals and maintain the employee referral database to ensure employees are kept abreast of their submitted referrals.
- Candidate Experience
- Support the design and implementation of candidate experience surveys to gather feedback and improve recruitment processes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and source of hire to assess recruitment efficiency.
- Assist new hires in integrating into the company by assisting with the onboarding process.
- Provide assistance with Talent Acquisition related tasks and projects as necessary to support the overall goals of the TA department.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Actively contribute to the sustainability goals to further the impact on patients, customers, employees, the community, and the planet by demonstrating a shared value mindset.
Experience Required
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software. SuccessFactors experience is desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Efficiently managing time to meet recruitment deadlines and KPIs.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and multifunctional resources concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail while responding to rapidly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience in a related HR field in lieu of a degree.
