SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Work with Domestic Violence Offenders, oversee, manage and implement the program's service delivery, monitor the offender's progress, and provide guidance and support to program staff and participants.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills and a deep understanding of the domestic violence system and the complexities of offender rehabilitation.
This position may include evening and weekend work relevant to the position.
Conducts public relations activities to enhance the image of CFS in the community
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Masters' Degree in a Social Service-related field from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
EXPERIENCE
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Knowledge of area of program concentration.
