To provide record-keeping, process timely and accurate billing, and collect all fees and tuition for all families of The Child Development Center at Timberlake.
The Child Development Center at Timberlake is a Loving Christian Environment Where Kids Can Grow into All God Created Them to Be.
• Actively assume responsibility for all aspects of billing and collections for The Child Development Center.
• Bill tuition and fees and process payments weekly using a web-based Student Management System.
• Record deposits and journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and concerns of parents as it relates to billing and collections.
• Communicate with families, directors, and staff to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Create an environment where families trust financial transactions are accurate and confidential.
• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with parents and family members.
• Reconcile the Student Management System family account transactions with QuickBooks financial records monthly.
• Annually review and implement policies regarding billing and collections, including security deposits, registration fees, returned checks, late fees, and refunds.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Business Manager to determine financial assistance for families as needed.
• Assist the directors and Business Manager with budget planning and analysis for revenue accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
