THE CONNECTION – BUS AIDE

The Connection, a community-based nonprofit organization in Summit, NJ, is seeking a Bus Aide. You will assist in the safe transportation of children enrolled in The Connection program.

DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • You will ensure the safety and well-being of children being transported to and from The Connection programs.
  • You will maintain positive behavior of children on the bus and ensure that the bus driver is not distracted from the safe operation of the vehicle.
  • You will help children board the bus safely and supervise them including working one on one when necessary.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 2:45pm – 3:45pm while school is in session, following the Summit Public Schools calendar.

Will have primary responsibility for planning and overseeing preschool aftercare program from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
