Description
- Manage the design, implementation and roll out of the organization’s HRIS and LMS systems.
- Configure and manage the HRIS to meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide support, training, and assistance to users in a positive, timely manner.
- Serve as project lead for the successful implementation of required HRIS modules.
- Research and troubleshoot HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; implement solutions.
- Perform audits of employee files, compensation data, systems and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Work with department supervisors and directors to determine information and reports needed.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries.
- Develop dashboards for reporting key metrics.
- Build talent acquisition sites and maintain job postings that attract top talent.
- Recommend improvements to existing HRIS processes and policies.
- Build collaborative relationships across all programs; proactively partner with Payroll, Finance and other departments.
- Provide overall project management for HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR Compliance Reports in support of day-to-day HR needs.
- Lead, attend and participate in meetings, seminars and training sessions.
- Enhance utilization of manager and employee self-service including the Mobile App.
- Stay up to date on system upgrades, changes and external trends in HRIS systems.
- Implement and maintain HRIS processes including onboarding and talent management.
- Ensure HRIS tools, processes, workflow automation, and training are developed, maintained, and integrated with other business technologies and operations.
- Serve as team lead for HR service to contracted clients; handling employee relations, talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver training presentations to management and employees.
- Support the customer service and performance improvement goals of the department.
- Maintain knowledge of Agency programs and services.
- Uphold the Child & Family Services Core Values and Mission.
- Maintain positive working relationships with program staff and others within the agency.
- Model and practice sensitivity, fair treatment and acceptance of diversity in all interpersonal interactions.
- Lead, participate and contribute to program Quality Improvement process.
- Perform other related duties and projects as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma and at least five (5) years of related experience.
- UltiPro experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Researching, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Extensive computer experience including MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across various departments.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in working with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service.
- Ability to create, communicate/facilitate instructor led classes and webinar based training.
- Able travel to other locations in Buffalo and surrounding areas to fulfill job requirements.

Salary : $44,800 - $56,700
