Responsibilities/Duties/Required Skills include:
- Provide assistance to all end users. This included installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, or handheld devices as well as software such as MS Office, Windows OS, Apple iOS, or Android OS.
- Having a working knowledge of common information technologies and systems including Microsoft related products in a networked environment. Keep up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Ability to use analytical skills to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Responsible for ensuring all end user equipment is up to date and functioning optimally.
- Monitoring and periodic testing of backup systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues.
- If necessary, communicate with third-party support and equipment vendors; Recommend, schedule, and perform hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
- Assist staff and provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues.

Degree Required: High school diploma with at least 3-4 years of experience.
Degree Preferred: An Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field with 1-3 years of experience
